Edgemoor is the leafy, upper-bracket neighborhood out past Fairhaven, off Chuckanut Drive and close to the water. The homes here run larger than most of Bellingham, the lots are generous, and owners tend to invest in finishes that match the address. When someone in Edgemoor remodels, they are usually after a chef-grade kitchen or a true primary-bath suite, not a quick refresh.
